Pete Little, Senior Consultant
Pete has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and over forty years experience in maintenance, engineering and manufacturing management. He has installed maintenance management programs in well over 100 plants. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and was one of the original developers of the MPACT program.

Bill Goebel, President
Bill has over twenty years experience in senior management in marketing, sales, licensing, manufacturing, importing & exporting and finance . He is an innovative and creative problem solver with strong skills in strategic and tactical planning and is knowledgeable in markets and cultures in North America, Latin America, Australia, Africa, Far East and Europe.  He has studied at Harvard, Case Western Reserve, Cleveland State University and Roosevelt universities.

Jed Corman, Vice President of Marketing
Jed worked for Kayser-Roth Hosiery for fourteen years gaining experience with consumer packaged goods and apparel selling to food, drug, mass and department/specialty retailers. Since leaving there, he has been with several marketing/advertising agencies, as well as providing freelance consulting on a range of projects He has a BBA in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Georgia.

Geoff Atack, Director of Business Development
Geoff has over thirty years experience in marketing, advertising, sales promotion and business development. Prior to moving to Greensboro in 1993 he worked in London, Atlanta and Miami with medium and large corporations and advertising agencies. He has prepared effective promotions for banks, textile companies, hair care products, pharmaceuticals, several cruise lines and many more.

Will Goebel, Administrative Assistant
Will works with telephones, documents, trainers, students, vendors and internal systems within MPACT to help insure the smooth day to day operation of the company.

Joe Crews, VP of Operations & Training
Since leaving the navy in 1990, Joe has created, delivered presentations to, and trained hundreds of professionals. He has also worked directly with major industrial companies assisting with auditing, inspection, repairing and/or modifying equipment and procedures to meet OSHA Safety compliance.

Michael Pedrosa, Senior Account Manager
Michael is a highly experienced business manager with an exceptional track record in account management, sales, technical support, quality assurance and manufacturing. He worked in England and California before moving to North Carolina in 2007.

Randy Ludington, Lead Electrical Instructor
Randy is an electrical engineer with over 20 years of industrial/construction experience as a project engineer. He also spent 14 years teaching electricity and electronics for Guilford Technical Community College in Greensboro. His education and working experience make him uniquely qualified in the areas of teaching and course development.


Bobby Edwards,
Vice President of Training
Bobby is a NC State Engineering graduate with over 30 years experience in the metal, textile, pharmaceutical and software industries as a plant and corporate engineering manager, consultant and business owner. He has domestic and international experience in maintenance management, training, capital projects, people/process system development and software Implementation.

Strategic Affiliations

Gabriel Gonzalez
Gabriel has extensive plant management and engineering experience and is an expert in the Latin American and Asian markets. He has an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia.

Joel Leonard
Joel is a graduate of Elon University. With over fifteen years experience in the maintenance field, he has installed hundreds of computerized maintenance management systems and has spoken at many maintenance conferences. Joel is past National Vice President of Membership of the Association for Facilities Engineering.

Robert Williamson
- Strategic Work Systems
Bob has worked in more than 400 plants helping clients improve the "people-side of world-class manufacturing and maintenance" for more than 30 years. He has taught tooling and machine design; worked and consulted in job design, training program and materials development; equipment performance and reliability improvement and Total Productive Maintenance.
