Bill has over twenty years experience in senior management in marketing, sales, licensing, manufacturing, importing and exporting and finance. He is an innovative and creative problem solver with strong skills in strategic and tactical planning and is knowledgeable in markets and cultures in North America, Latin America, Australia, Africa, Far East and Europe. He has studied at Harvard, Case Western Reserve, Cleveland State University and Roosevelt universities.
Starr Cromer, Client Services
Starr is responsible for the day-to-day contact with all of MPACT's clients and colleges with whom we are partnered. She prepares all necessary reports to keep our clients fully informed and up-to-date. Starr graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Wesleyan College with a B.A. in English.
Geoff Atack, Business Development
Geoff has over thirty years experience in marketing, advertising, sales promotion and business development. Prior to moving to Greensboro in 1993 he worked in London, Atlanta and Miami with medium and large corporations and advertising agencies. He has prepared effective promotions for banks, textile companies, hair care products, pharmaceuticals, several cruise lines and many more.

Danny L. Alexander
Danny was for 25 years a U.S.A.F. Technical Instructor on various aircraft, Titan II and Minuteman ICBM weapon systems and related launch facilities. He was also Corporate Director, Training Supervisor and Senior Instructor for TIMCO Aviation Services. He has experience with maintenance applications and systems operations for various mechanical and electrical applications including boiler operations, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, environmental systems, electrical, fluid power systems, refrigeration systems and miscellaneous systems for the control of various components and systems.
George Curry
At Mpact, George has taught blueprint reading, basic mechanics, hydraulics, mechanical pneumatics, electro-mechanical fluid power, sheet metal layout and pneumatic instrumentation. Previously he had teaching and had supervisory positions with Burlington Industries, the North Carolina Department of Education and Campbell Soup.
Homer Young
Homer has experience with maintenance applications and systems operations for various mechanical and electrical applications to include such areas as: boiler operations, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, environmental systems, electrical, fluid power systems, refrigeration systems and miscellaneous systems for the control of various components and systems. He previously worked for Westinghouse, ABB and Louisiana Pacific.
Jonathan Borntrager
Jonathan is an expert in the areas of industrial hygiene, occupational safety, environmental health and public health with over seventeen years experience in the field. He assists employers in OSHA compliance, safety program development and training. He has capabilities in managing a myriad of safety and occupational health program elements to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and eliminate or control potential hazards.
Jim Rogers
Jim retired from the United States Navy in 1988. Since then he has been in law firm management and corporate and employment law practice. He holds a BS in Accounting and an LLM (Law and Psychiatry) from George Washington University.
